Rights and Confidentiality of Submitted Works

Before sending your work, please review how its rights and confidential information are handled.
Your rights remain yours
Submitting does not transfer copyright or adaptation rights to us. Any use beyond viewing and storage for review requires a separate agreement. Without separate consent, we do not use a submitted work for AI training, promotion or publication.
Materials for works not selected
Materials are deleted within 12 months after the later of review completion or our last communication. We may retain them with restricted access when needed to confirm rights or handle a dispute.
When a similar project appears
We independently consider and produce projects, so a project may have themes or settings similar to a submitted work. A project developed without reliance on the submission is not restricted by the submission. We keep records of review and project development to clarify this.
Contact us before sending material that requires confidentiality
This form does not create an individual NDA. If a full unpublished work or key setting material requires an NDA, first email us to discuss whether an agreement is needed. Do not attach confidential information to the initial email; provide only a general outline.
Relationship with the adviser-site NDA
The NDA on the DRAMIA adviser recruitment site primarily protects non-public information disclosed by us to a recipient. Submitting through this form does not automatically accept that NDA or create a mutual NDA covering your work. Scope, duration and covered materials must be separately agreed.
Co-creators and other agreements
Confirm rights involving co-authors, employers, publishers or others; conditions of other calls; and whether third-party personal or confidential information is included. If your authority is unclear, confirm it with the rights holder before submitting.
